The service
UNSQUASHED (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("UNSQUASHED", "we", "us") operates unsquashed.pk and provides two software products: Lab, an AI-powered marketing strategy generator, and Pulse, a QR-based customer feedback platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One subscription provides access for one account. You may not share, transfer, or resell access to your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it current.
Acceptable use
You may use UNSQUASHED for lawful business purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, reproduce, or resell any part of the platform or its outputs. You may not use the platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading.
AI-generated content
Strategies generated by Lab are produced by UNSQUASHED AI based on the inputs you provide. They are a structured starting point for your planning — not guaranteed outcomes or professional advice. You should validate any AI-generated strategy against your own market knowledge and business context before acting on it. UNSQUASHED makes no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated strategies for any specific business purpose.
Payment and subscription
Subscriptions are billed monthly for full access to Lab, Pulse, and Ground, each with usage limits described on the signup page. Payment is processed by Bank Alfalah's Alfa Payment Gateway in PKR. Your subscription activates immediately upon payment confirmation and does not renew automatically — you pay again when you want to continue. Custom annual plans with different limits are available for businesses — contact us. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting contact@unsquashed.pk. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining subscription period.
Limitation of liability
UNSQUASHED is a tool to assist your marketing planning. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on platform outputs. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
